Modern hotel with spacious bedrooms. Very good on site restaurant for breakfast & dinner: chef cooked special dinners for guests with dietary requirements. There was a good choice of foods. Staff were very helpful, especially in the restaurant. We could leave luggage that we did not need for our three day excursion to the Gobi Desert.

Traffic in UB is crazy so for our needs Ibis (not centre located) was just great. the staff is very kind and professional. there is a café should you have some business meetings. and you can print your docs in the business centre without any hassle. I am glad I picked Ibis, could not be better.

The room was clean with modern amenities and 2 bottles of water were provided. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and breakfast and both were good. Bed was comfortable and front desk was able to exchange currency for us

The location. The facilities. The atmosphere. The staff is very nice to inform me there are sauna facilities. And when I call to book, they pre heat the sauna for me.

Loved the modern look. Ulaanbaatar suit was spacious, comfortable, very contemporary. Great service from staff.

Very good service. There is a shopping gallery at the ground floor, including food store, where you can buy all you need during your stay. I had to leave earlier and hotel made reimbursement of my advanced paid amount within a few days after my departure. This is very nice and deserves respect. Next time in Mongolia I will certainly stay at this hotel again.

It was so modern and comfortable room. When I came by hotel taxi from Airport, it took much time because of the traffic jams but when I arrived at this hotel , this modern and comfortable room made me relaxed. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend. Stuff speaks English very well too.

A clean comfortable room set in a colourful and bright building. We were particularly impressed by the assistance of Maral at the reception desk in processing our onward travel arrangements. Thank you Maral.

Buffet breakfast, all the meals on the menu, rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I prefer to stay at Ibis over Blue Sky or Tuushan for value for money when I'm in Ulaanbaatar.

Perfectly close to the “walkin street” with all types of restaurants and bars. Very clean and good restaurant in the hotel.
